Actress Lakshmi Manchu had a scary experience today. Apparently, she was in a canoe with another actor and rowed in the famous backwaters of Kerala Alappuzha when the canoe overturned and was thrown overboard.
Lakshmi says he had to swim for a mile to get to a safe place. A fishing boat finally came to his rescue. Lakshmi narrated this incident through his twitter account.
