Samantha was shown down from Ram Charan's Yevadu. While Samantha says it is due to creative differences, other sources say it is due to her busy schedule. Shruti Hassan will replace her and Yevadu team will reshoot some of the scenes which were already shot on Samantha. Shruti will join the team from the next schedule of the movie which will begin on January 4th.
Yevadu has Amy Jackson playing the other female lead role. Allu Arjun and Kajal Agarwal makes guest appearance in the film. Vamsi Paidipalli is the director. Dil Raju is producing the movie under his Sri Venkateswara films banner. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music.
